Our Leaders Lowdown sessions are for founders and CEOs. They’re a reflective, supportive space for you to openly discuss challenges and opportunities in a diverse environment. They enable you to learn from the experiences of others in similar positions, and develop your own leadership skills and confidence.
Led in a group coaching environment by a qualified and accredited coach, you’ll be supportively challenged to combat cognitive dissonance and unconscious bias. You’ll be supported to work through your own challenges in real time, enabling action for which your group will hold you accountable.
Honest reflection with your peers allows you to develop your own leadership style, clarity, and decision-making. This empowers you to become more resilient, focussed, and confident as both a leader and an individual.

Finance Leaders Reflections
A group coaching experience, Finance Leaders Reflection allows finance leaders to discuss industry news and learn from those in similar roles, as well as expert coaches.
Chaired and facilitated by Kirsty Bathgate, CEO and founder of Gearing for Growth and an accredited professional coach, you’ll open up and reflect on challenges honestly and without judgment. Through this reflection and discussion, you’ll be challenged and supported to make better decisions with more clarity and focus, unearthing your own superpowers so you can be as effective as possible.

How Do The Programmes Work?
Each of our Peer Programmes is run remotely via Zoom, and opens with the sharing of successes and challenges in members’ roles. This is followed by focusing discussion on a particular topic, where everybody shares their experiences and discusses theories, realities, and best practices.
With peer mentoring, smaller group discussions, and focussed activities a key part of the sessions, you’ll learn about topics such as:
